Deco Cucumber Shape Kit

If you have kids who regularly refuse to eat their vegetables, these cucumber hearts and stars might do the trick. The Deco Cucumber Shape Kit can be wrapped around young homegrown cucumbers, transforming them into elongated stars or hearts. They might be nutritionally identical to regular cucumbers, but they’re going to taste infinitely more exciting.

Of course novelty cucumbers are for adults too; they’re great in a gin and tonic, and when Summer hits, try freezing the heart or star-shaped slices and dropping them in your drink!

To use the Deco Cucumber Shape Kit you simply insert a young cucumber (about 5-8cm long) into the plastic shapes, and hold them in place with the included hooks and net. Once the cucumber has grown into 70-80% of the Deco shape, it’s ready to be harvested, sliced, and popped into a bento box, drink or mouth.

The Deco Cucumber Shape Kit features:
Star shape × 1
Heart shape x 1
Pins × 4
Size: 3 x 25cm (1.2 x 9.8″)
Instruction manual is Japanese, but self-explanatory.

Japanese variety cucumbers may differ from your country’s cucumber sizes, which might grow to be too large for the moulds. You can request to add Japanese cucumber seeds with your order. White Rabbit will order from here, at (¥577Prices are approximate only and subject to change.
